Customized Products
Most of our offerings are personalized—visually, linguistically, and culturally. These items are made just for you, and as such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exceptions
If a product does not include language translation or cultural customization, returns may be possible. We’ll always let you know before purchase if an item qualifies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
