Q: Can I request a product in my preferred language or cultural style?
Absolutely. Most of our products are designed to reflect your language, culture, and story. You’ll see customization options during checkout or in the product description.
Q: Why can’t customized items be returned?
Each item is made just for you—visually and linguistically. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take?
It depends on the type of product you’ve selected:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: These typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Customized Items: These are lovingly prepared to reflect your language and culture, and take about 5–8 business days to complete before shipping.
Once your order is ready, it ships via USPS or UPS, with delivery times usually ranging from 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and customized items, we’ll ship them together once everything is complete—unless otherwise noted.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Due to current international shipping regulations—including tariffs, customs fees, and logistical challenges—we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States at this time. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our reach in the future.
